Mike has enjoyed working in the real estate business since 1985 and obtained his broker's license in 1991. He has called Decorah home his entire life and enjoys using his extensive local knowledge to benefit customers and clients. Mike lives in Decorah with his wife, Lori and their children Drew and Shana. A graduate of the University of Iowa, he is an avid Hawkeye fan, but enjoys working with Cyclones and all other fans. Ron has been in the real estate field since the 60's and specializes in farms as well as residential. Ron is also a well-known area auctioneer. As a lifelong resident of the Decorah area Ron is knowledgable of the real estate market in Northeast Iowa.

He and his wife Sheryl reside in the countryside of Winneshiek County. They have three grown sons.

Ron has been a Realtor for 30 years. He specializes in residential, commercial and farm sales. Being a Calmar area native, he's our Calmar expert! He also prepares loan appraisals and dabs in rental management. Ron and his wife Norma have been married for 35 years and currently live on a farm east of Calmar. Ron recently retired from the United State Postal Service after many years of service. Ron & Norma have two children: Adam and Amy. Adam and his wife Kim live in Urbandale with their son Blake. Amy and her husband Jamie live in Freeport, IL with their two sons, Owen and Griffin. “It’s not work when you love your job!” Hi, I’m Sherri Carolan, realtor with Kelly Real Estate in Decorah, and this quote describes my life. I grew up on a farm south of Calmar, and after graduating from the University of Northern Iowa with a degree in finance and economics, I moved back to beautiful Northeast Iowa and worked at a local bank processing mortgage loans. This is where I fell in love with the pleasure of handing people their set of keys. These keys represented so much--the accumulation of hard work and saving, the excitement of realizing a dream, the pride of owning a home. I treasured being able to experience this with my customers. However, being a young graduate, I wanted to explore other opportunities. I moved on from the bank and had enjoyable occupations in both the accounting and appraisal fields. However, I missed the gratification that accompanied helping others with such a fundamental aspect of their lives--their homes. I live in rural Decorah with my husband, Jason, and four small children, and am active in St. Benedict’s Parish and School, along with various other community activities. Alison grew up in Nevada, Iowa, located in the central part of the state. She attended Iowa State University where she met her husband Keith, a lifelong Decorah resident. Alison and Keith are the proud parents of two sons, Blake and Cale. Alison enjoys camping with her family, walking, reading, participating and volunteering with her son's school activities and is an avid Cyclone fan.
